We also offer some useful tips. If you notice water leaking out of the shower head after turning off the shower faucet, don't worry: this is not a defect, but a technical feature! A solar shower is not a closed system: if there is a need for hot water, cold water enters the tank from below through a valve, pushing outward the hot water already in the top of the tank. In this way, the entire shower body fills with water and acts as a solar heater. The pressure that builds up as a result of the heating can cause water to leak from the shower head. We also remind you of the importance of disassembling the shower at the end of the season. In fact, during the winter, the shower should be COMPLETELY drained of the water it contains and disassembled, storing it in a dry place.
